Lemon water is compact with many benefits that little people even knew it had.

Models are constantly drinking lemon water. One models whos constantly drinking lemon water is Kendal Jenner. One of the worlds top super models. So lets break down why exactly all these models are drinking lemon water.

Weight Loss

Weight loss is something about 2/3 of the population strives for. But, little do many know, lemon water is a great way to loose weight healthily. Researchers have proven that the antioxidants found in lemons significantly supports weight loss in mice that are overfed in order to achieve obesity.

So, researchers go to believe this is also a factor in the human body.

Improvements of Skin Quality

Vitamin C which is found in lemon's can help reduce skin wrinkling, dry skin from aging, and damage from the sun. However water improves skin, which is a commonly known fact, but one thing is certain. If your skin loses moisture, it becomes dry and prone to wrinkles. There was a lab study in 2016 which showed that a citrus-based drink helped prevent the development of wrinkles in hairless mice.

Overall Health

Kidney stones, something no-one wants. Well, lemon water may decrease your chances of those kidney stones. Citrate, a component of citric acid, paradoxically makes urine less acidic and may even break up small stones.

Vitamin C found in lemons helps protect cells from damaging free radicals. Which may reduce your risk of a stroke, cardiovascular disease, and a low blood pressure.

Not to mention, lemons water overall promotes hydration as waer is the best form of hydration. Adding some flavor may make it easier and more enjoyable to drink. Probably causing you to indulge in more water than you usually would!
